Church Hill Planning Commission

The Church Hill Planning Commission consists of ten(10) members. The Planning Commission considers issues pertaining to land use and zoning. Anyone wishing to appear before the Planning Commission must contact City Hall fifteen(15) days before the next scheduled meeting to be placed on the agenda. Also, plats and a completed application must be received before being placed on the agenda. The Planning Commission meets on the first monday of each month at 300 East Main Blvd, City/County Building at 6:00 p.m.

It is unlawful for anyone other than a registered design professional to prepare plans and specifications for the following building occupancies as defined in the 1985 edition of the Standard Building Code. Assembly, educational and institutional occupancies always require the use of design professionals regardless of the size of the project.
