Historic New Canton Plantation

New Canton Plantation in Church Hill began two hundred years ago as a land grant from His Majesty King George. By 1840, Eldrige and Hannable Hord had built two large brick homes and the plantation was a thriving center of commerce in the area untill the 1950's. Today, New Canton Plantation lends it's rich history to weddings and special events. Guests can step back in time and exprience the true antebellum south.
